I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides compassionate, evidence-based counseling for individuals navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges and stress.

I am passionate about helping clients develop healthier thought patterns, emotional resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.

My counseling approach is integrative and personalized, utilizing a variety of methodologies such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, grounding techniques, expressive therapies, personality assessments, and experiential interventions.  I work collaboratively with clients to address negative self-talk, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, and life adjustments while fostering greater self-awareness and healing.

For clients who desire it, I offer a faith-integrated approach that incorporates biblical principles, prayer & spiritual disciplines into the counseling process. I am passionate about helping individuals strengthen both their relationships and their faith while navigating life with hope, wisdom, and purpose.
