Hi, I’m Cody Tooley

I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, and families who are wanting to grow in their faith, better understand what it means to follow Jesus, and navigate the challenges of life through a biblical perspective. I have a particular passion for encouraging and supporting those serving in ministry, helping them remain healthy, faithful, and grounded in their calling.

I bring nearly a decade of ministry experience to the table, including four years serving as a student pastor. Through ministry, discipleship, teaching, and pastoral care, I have had the opportunity to walk alongside students, parents, and church leaders in a variety of seasons and challenges. I earned my degree in Biblical Studies from Oklahoma Baptist University, where I developed a strong foundation in Scripture and ministry.

My approach is rooted in biblical truth, authentic relationships, and practical discipleship. I love helping people learn how to study and apply the Bible for themselves, ask honest questions about faith, and grow in their relationship with Christ in meaningful and lasting ways. I strive to create an environment that is encouraging, approachable, and grounded in grace and truth.

Whether working with students, families, or ministry leaders, my desire is to help people grow spiritually, build healthy relationships, and faithfully live out the mission God has called them to.

I take a relational and discipleship-focused approach to biblical coaching, seeking to meet people where they are while helping them grow toward a deeper relationship with Jesus. I believe spiritual growth happens best through truth-filled conversations, authentic relationships, practical application of Scripture, and consistent encouragement.

Because every person and family is different, I tailor conversations and guidance to each individual’s season of life, struggles, questions, and goals. Some sessions may focus on spiritual formation and learning how to study the Bible, while others may center around navigating relationships, ministry challenges, family dynamics, identity, purpose, or following Jesus faithfully in everyday life.

  • Biblical teaching and discipleship

  • Practical guidance for studying and applying Scripture

  • Conversations focused on spiritual growth and identity in Christ

  • Encouragement and support for ministry leaders and families

  • Prayer and faith-centered conversations

  • tools for healthy communication, relationships, and spiritual habits

  • Honest discussions about doubt, burnout, calling, and spiritual struggles

  • Parent training--I use elements of Conscious Discipline, attachment theory, Trauma-Based Relational Intervention, Theraplay, and The Incredible Years program.

I enjoy incorporating people’s interests, personalities, and learning styles into conversations. Whether through stories, illustrations, books, media, or practical exercises, I want coaching to feel engaging, approachable, and meaningful.

I hold a Christian worldview that shapes the way I understand people, relationships, suffering, purpose, and hope. I believe ultimate truth and lasting hope are found in Jesus Christ and in the truth of Scripture. At the same time, I seek to create a welcoming and respectful environment for people wherever they are in their faith journey.
